Mango Season is here, Ripe & fresh Mangoes are available Now so make the most use of it....
Here is a simple Fresh cream Mango Ice-cream with just very few Ingredients Check out my other Mango Ice-creams and falooda recipes: Mango delight Icecream, Mango Falooda, Fresh Mango icecream
This is my Third type of Ice-cream with Fresh mango & cream make this today and relish fresh natural mango ice-cream
Ingredients Needed:
Mango pulp or puree: 1 cup/ 200ml
Condensed milk(Amul milkmaid): 400ml
Fresh Cream: 200 ml(1cup)
Method:
Peel the Mango skin & cut into pcs put in a blender & make Puree
Beat the cream with hand blender or whisk slightly when its cold then add mango puree
And further beat till it mixes now add condensed milk
and whisk till everything is mixed up
Transfer to a Container with lid, close & freeze
For Best Results after freezing for 4-5 hrs remove and churn it in a blender then again Transfer to a Container with lid, close & freeze for 6-8 hrs
Serve chilled scoops & enjoy this Creamy fresh Mango Ice-cream
Note: This ice-cream is on the creamier side so does not hold firm for long time, Enjoy the creamiest ice-cream
