This Bhel has a refreshing veggie salsa which is spicy tangy when mixed with puffed rice(Churmuri) gives a fine bite to the Chat
Last month had shared making of Spicy tangy Pani poori & Sev poori for chats special now sharing Bhel, so enjoy a variety of chats
For the Bhel:
Puffed Rice(Churmuri): 2 cups
For the Salsa Mix
Boiled Peas: 4sps(optional)
Boiled Potato: 4sps
Chopped onion: 1
Chopped Cucumber: 1/2
Chopped tomato :1
Chili powder/ chopped green chilies: little
tamarind paste: 2sps
Fried Groundnuts: 1/2 cup
Jaggery: little
salt to taste
Sev for garnishing

Easy assembly of Bhel:
Firstly chop all the ingredients finely(Peas & potato are optional)
Mix this add salt, chilies/ chili powder, tamarind paste & jaggery
Mix nicely & leave it for 5min
It will leave water your Mix is ready
Just before serving mix groundnuts & puffed Rice to this salsa
Put portions on a plate & top it up with crispy sev, Serve Immediately
