Shark curry (Mori Curry)


Mori(Shark) curry, Spicy Tangy Curry goes well with Rice

Tasty Mori fish is like Boneless with soft flesh, its very tender cooks soon

Try this easy Recipe below

Ingredients:
Onion:2
Coconut: 1cup
Garlic: 5flakes
Redchili: 5-6
Coriander: 2sps
Peppercorns: 5
Tamarind(Amsol): 1/4cup
Shark (Mori) cleaned & cubed

Procedure for Shark curry
In a pan heat oil fry Onion & Garlic
Fry for 5min then add freshly grated coconut & fry little
Remove from heat let it cool
Dry roasts  Redchilies, Pepper & coriander  & cool down

In a Mixer jar add fried ingredients & roasted Gram masalas
Then add Tamarind( amsol) add little water & make fine paste
Remove Curry Masala from Mixer jar in a Deep dish & add little water to thin it

Keep it on Heat let it boil then add salt, add Cleaned Shark Fish pieces
Let it boil for 7-8 min till it cooks
Spicy Tangy Shark/ Mori curry ready, Serve it with Rice
