Butter Garlic Lobster


Butter Garlic Lobster, very tasty cray fish this Lobster recipe is simple & easy

Lobster flesh is very sweet & making it buttery tastes good
Lobsters are found in all oceans. They live on rocky, sandy, or muddy bottoms from the shoreline to beyond the edge They generally live singly in crevices or in burrows under rocks.

This Big Fresh Lobster is from Goa, I made this dish when I visited my Hometown

I have poached this lobster then removed it from shell, which is bit tricky, then tossed it in Butter with garlic & chives

Ingredients:
Lobster: 1
Butter: 4sps
Garlic: 2-3 sps chopped
Chives- 2-3 sps


Method
Clean the lobster nicely
Then Keep water for boiling in a Deep dish
Once water starts to boil slowly drop the Lobster in
Poarch this for 5-8 min(depends on the size)

Remove & let it cool down, then remove its upper shell

Slowly remove flesh from Tail, or if you want  to leave tail shell cut it in half (you can toss it in butter at this stage )
I removed all the shell & extracted lobster meat carefully & cut in chucks

In a pan add Butter heat just a bit it till butter melts then add garlic & chives 
Once garlic leaves aroma add lobster meat & season with salt & toss

Chunky Butter garlic lobster is ready, garnish with some chives or Coriender
