Egg Curry make it with Boiled Eggs or You can poarch eggs in the curry also.
Spicy Egg Curry is a gravy dish can be served with Dosa, chapati or Rice
Ingredients
Onion:2
Tomato:2
Red chiles: 5-6
Garam masala powder: 1sp
Ginger garlic paste:1sp
Coconut grated 1cup
Oil: 4-5 sps
Boiled Eggs: 5-6
Curry leaves
For the gravy:
Take 2sps Oil in pan, add sliced Onions & sauté add redchilies fry
Then to this add tomato thin stripes fry till mushy
Remove cool down then add coconut to the mixer make fine powder
Add rest fried onion tomatoes red chilies grind to a fine paste with gingarlic & little water
Boil the Eggs in water for 5-6 min.
In the pan add Oil & curry leaves then add this paste & fry add salt & garam masala powder mix it
After one bubble add the boiled peeled eggs & cook for 2-3 min
Mix together till everything comes together adjust consistency by adding water
switch off let it cool down serve with Dosa/Chapati
