Lady Fish & Prawns fry




Special Lady fish (Nagli/ Kane) fry for all....Enjoying fresh sea food

I love cooking fish...born in coastal region this is the staple food...

This is Lady fish tasty & easy to cook doesn't take much time at all, Jumbo tiger prawns are a treat....These juicy pwans have sweet meat so coating them with spicies and friing is Ideal.....



I have shallow fried this Lady fish & Tiger prawns Recipe is quiet simple & easy to follow
Fish fry Recipe Ingredients:
Lady fish 4-5
Tiger prawns: deviened 10
Redchili powder: 2sps
Turmeric 1 pinch
Tamarind paste 1 sp
or Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
Rava/ Semolina: 1/4 th cup
Oil to shallow fry: 5 sps
Salt to taste

Method
Take fish & cut pics, 
Clean the prawns removing its head & shell also devien these & wash
Apply salt to the cleaned prawns & lady fish Marinate with salt for 5 min
Make a paste of Red chili powder, turmeric & tamarind paste
Apply this paste generously on fish fillets & leave to marinate for 5 min
Coat these in Rava & shallow fry in oil or tava fry on a pan
Fish fry is ready to serve
