Potato Cheese Pops


Potato cheese pops make these for quick snacks. Perfect for the rainy weather this cheese centered crispy Potato pops are easy to make and can be served for any tea party

Ingredients 
Potatoes(Boiled and mashed) - 2 cups
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped finely
Turmeric powder - a generous pinch
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Bread crumbs - 1 cup


For filling:

Mozzarella cheese cut to cubes or sticks 1- 1½ inch



Method
Pressure cook potatoes until mushy. Cool down remove skin & mash it nicely
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients & little Breadcrumbs till its thick dough consistency
Take a portion of this mix in your hands & shape like a flat tikki then Place Mozarella cheese in middle cover from all sides & shape to balls



Roll in the breadcrumbs & press nicely do that breadcrumbs stick to it & coat properly

Heat up Oil for deep frying
Once hot turn to medium & fry the balls keep turning in 2-3 mins....
Once colour changes to slight brown this is ready remove on absorbent
Note: I have just used Potato you can add cooked veggies carrot & peas or paneer 

Crispy Potato cheese balls are ready to serve, enjoy evening snacks with tea/ cofeee

Ingredients:

Apple: 1
Banana(small): 2
Honey :2 tbsp or sugar free
Almonds soaked(optional): 4-5
Milk: 1 glass



Procedure:
Wash the apple thoroughly & cut it into cubes leave the skin intact
Peel the banana if you are using long banana also its fine just use 1 in that case
and chop it roughly, add to the blender or juicer both apple & banana
Then blend it with little milk, add soaked almonds(optional) and honey & more milk
Blend nicely till it forms nice frothy smoothie

Methi Peas Coconut Rice

Methi Peas Coconut Rice, Flavour full rice for Lunch or breakfast

Easy to make one pot meal with the richness of methi this is a nutritious lunch option

Try this for Your kids tiffin box for lunch or for Office lunch box Ideal for both elders and kids


Ingredients for Methi Rice: 

Rice: 2 cups soaked
Ghee: 3sps
Ginger: 1/2 Inch
Cloves: 4
Cinamon: 1/2 inch
Bayleaf 2
Onion: 2
Tomato: 1
Peas: 1cup
Methi leaves :1 bunch
Grated coconut: 1 cup
Greenchilies: 2
Salt to taste


Recipe to follow:

In cooker heat ghee, add cloves & Cinnamon then add bay leaf

Add 2onions sliced, fry add chopped Methi leaves 1 full bunch fry

Then add tomatoes fry close lid so tomatoes will soften...

In a blender make paste of Grated coconut, Ginger & green chilies with little water


Add this paste to the cooker & mix well

Then add rice & fry for 2 min the add peas & salt to taste & mix well

Add water for 1 cup rice 2 cups water (1:2) ratio Cook for 2 whistles


Methi Peas Coconut Rice is ready to serve, enjoy this Healthy Rice dish for your lunch
